Bold Gaindé Group
Services
Three disciplines.
Supermajor standards.
Local execution.
Each service is delivered by people on the ground — trained internally, audited by clients, refined across a decade of operational mandates in the region’s most demanding environments.
Our services are not stand-alone offerings. They are operational disciplines that run together — embedded inside our clients’ operations, calibrated against international standards, and adapted to the realities of working in West Africa.

Land Transportation & Fleet Management
The flagship discipline. Delivered end-to-end at supermajor standards.
The problem.
Moving personnel and assets safely across West Africa is not a transportation function. It is an operational discipline that runs on vehicles, people, protocols, and data — simultaneously — with no margin for failure on any of them.
The challenge for international operators is finding a local partner that can deliver all four at once: a fleet maintained to OEM specification, drivers trained to defensive and NCAP 5 standards, a 24/7 Journey Management Centre with real-time monitoring, and the reporting infrastructure that supermajor procurement and HSE functions actually audit against.
Bold Gaindé Group was built to deliver that integrated service. It is what we do for BP on GTA today. It is what we did for Woodside as technical partner to Control Risks.
How we do it.
A Journey Management Centre does not run on software alone. It runs on trained people making disciplined decisions — often under time pressure — backed by protocols audited against the highest international standards. Our dispatchers are trained internally and operate under written procedures reviewed by some of the most rigorous HSE and security functions in the energy industry.
The same principle applies to our drivers. Every driver is vetted, medically certified, and trained against documented curricula aligned to ISO 31030, IOGP, and client HSE standards. Fleet is provided to NCAP 5 specification, maintained at OEM standard, and monitored continuously through IVMS. Journey Management Plans (JMPs) are developed, reviewed, and revised as a living operational document, not a compliance artifact.
Everything is reportable. SLA and KPI infrastructure, Performance Review Meetings (PRMs), incident investigation, and audit-ready documentation are built into the service from day one — not bolted on later.
What we do.
- NCAP 5 fleet provision to client specifications — SUVs, V8s, MPTVs as required
- OEM-certified preventative and corrective maintenance programs
- Vetted, trained, medically certified security drivers on continuous rotation
- 24/7 Journey Management Centre with dispatch and booking operations
- Documented Journey Management Plans (JMPs) aligned to ISO 31030 and IOGP
- In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) across fleet — real-time tracking and driver performance
- Meet & Greet and airport transfer services
- SLA, KPI, and Performance Review Meeting (PRM) reporting infrastructure
- Integration with client HSE and security frameworks
- Security drivers and Business Assurance Officers available as standalone placements

Security Risk Management & Advisory
Intelligence, risk management, and crisis response. For operators working directly. For global risk firms working through us.
The problem.
Operating in West Africa requires more than a generic threat assessment downloaded from a global intelligence feed. It requires continuous on-the-ground presence, the ability to produce intelligence and not just consume it, embedded security personnel who speak the local languages and know the local institutions, and a crisis response capability that runs 24/7.
Bold Gaindé Group delivers all of that — for operators working directly, and for global risk firms that need a technical partner inside the region.
How we do it.
We produce intelligence, not just consume it. Flash incident reporting, weekly and monthly security intelligence, and threat assessments for strategic locations are generated from the ground — from analysts fluent in the languages and institutional realities of the countries we cover.
Business Assurance Officers are embedded inside client operations — multilingual, with the operational discipline to coordinate secure movements, respond to incidents, conduct route reconnaissance, engage with local security forces, and serve as the connective tissue between client HSE functions and on-the-ground execution.
Incident management and crisis response run 24/7, with security training and emergency management drills delivered to client personnel as an integrated part of the service. All work is delivered in compliance with the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR) and the International Code of Conduct for Private Security Service Providers (ICoC).
When we operate alongside global risk firms, we do so as a technical partner — not a subcontractor. That distinction matters: it means the firm’s clients benefit from both the firm’s global methodology and our on-the-ground depth, in a single coordinated operation.
What we do.
- Intelligence production — flash incident reporting, weekly and monthly security intelligence, threat assessments for strategic locations and operations
- Security threat and risk assessments for projects, sites, and operations
- 24/7 incident management and crisis response
- Business Assurance Officer (BAO) placements — embedded or standalone
- Security training and emergency management drills for client personnel
- Security planning and protocol development
- Ongoing risk monitoring and advisory through project lifecycles
- Close support to global risk firms operating in-region
- Security risk advisory for market entry and new operations

Market Entry & In-Country Support
For operators entering West African markets. The local partner that lands you on the ground.
The problem.
Entering a new West African market is rarely a question of resources. It is a question of relationships, institutional knowledge, and operational detail that can only be provided by a partner who is already on the ground and already trusted.
Without that partner, the first months of a market entry are slow, expensive, and exposed to risk.
How we do it.
Market entry is a service where confidentiality and judgment matter as much as capability. We work discreetly with clients during pre-entry phases, coordinate with the local institutions and partners that matter, and scale our support as operations mature.
When entry is complete, the same team that landed the client transitions into ongoing operational support — no handover gaps, no loss of institutional memory.
What we do.
- In-country entry consultancy for new operators and investors
- Husbandry services — operational and logistical support from day one
- Special operational support for sensitive, time-critical, or discreet requirements
- Security risk management integrated with market entry operations
- Coordination with local institutions, authorities, and partners
- Discrete pre-entry support during evaluation phases
- Continuity into ongoing operations once entry is complete
- Proven across Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Gabon, and Ghana
