Woodside
Appraisal & Development · Technical partner to Control Risks
For four years, Bold Gaindé Group served as the on-the-ground technical partner to Control Risks for Woodside’s Senegal operations — delivering an integrated security services mandate across Woodside’s appraisal and development phase on what would become Senegal’s first oil project.
The mandate included Business Assurance Officers embedded in Woodside operations, intelligence production and monitoring, 24/7 incident management and crisis response, and security training for Woodside personnel. At peak, mobility operations included 27 NCAP 5-rated SUVs and over 90 trained security drivers — one of the largest private security operations in the basin’s history.
